Cancellation Policy

Request cancellation immediately by phone or email with your order number. Once packed, dispatched or handed to the carrier, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply.

We may cancel an order due to unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error or an unserviceable address. Any captured online payment will be refunded to the original method.

Approved prepaid cancellation refunds are initiated promptly and normally reflect within 5–7 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
